Preparation of a concept for improving the information policy of Roshydromet in the field of Hydrometeorology and related fields,
Contract # NHMP 2/2/C.1.i.
The objective of the Terms of Reference is to form a unified system approach to improving the information policy of the RHM as a federal executive authority (including that for application to participants in activities of the hydrometeorological service) and to consolidate it in a draft industry policy document “Concept for improving the information policy of Roshydromet in the field of hydrometeorology and related fields”
Time duration for implementation of the assignment is 12 months.
