Providing consulting services to explore the Rosstat needs in development and improvement of automated processes related to data collection, processing and presentation using the Rosstat CIS CSDP
Contract # ST2/2/B.17.
The objective of the Terms of Reference are:
1). Survey. Identification of the needs and areas for the CSDP development in terms of providing automated support for data collection, processing and presentation (hereinafter – DCPP) processes.
2). Working out and approval of the concept for CSDP development and improvement based on pre-defined criteria and lines of action.
3). Development of requirements for works to be performed with the goal of the CSDP upgrading and improvement in order to satisfy the identified needs.
Time duration for implementation of the assignment is 9 months.
