Project Management

In1997-2004 BEA Foundation has gained the experience in management of projects, aimed at providing complex consulting services in the field of economic analysis and research (BEA Project, grant management), as well as multi-purpose projects, combining provision of consulting services in special areas with procurement of goods and services (STASYS Project, Roshydromet Project). Until now a specific feature of long-term projects implemented by BEA Foundation was in multi-source financing (mainly, from financial resources of international financial organizations with corresponding co-financing from RF federal budget). This experience can be in use for providing project management services with similar goals, financed from different sources.

BEA Foundation provides project management services both in preparation and implementation of a project. Within the framework of preparation and implementation stages the following services can be provided:

• Assistance in the detailed project identification, as well as preparation of different documentation necessary to start the project implementation (including assistance in design of organizational structure for project management, internal rules and regulations for project implementation, project implementation plans and forecasts);
• Assistance in procurement;
• Assistance in identification of potential consultants/provider of services;
• Financial management.

If necessary provision of limited number from above mentioned services can be discussed.
